I’ve written a blog post about the ongoing advocacy and hard work that Demi Lovato constantly does in order to challenge mental health stigma, but before I publish it I thought I’d post some of my favourite, inspirational quotes from Demi. Whether you’re a fan or not there is no doubt that Demi Lovato has certainly inspired thousands, if not millions across the world, she has certainly influenced my recovery and I couldn’t be more grateful that she has shared her story. She’s about to release her new album ‘Confident’ in October, so here’s some of my favourite quotes:

So true. I hope she won’t lose it like the other former Disney stars. Some people might hate me for saying this but, I really hope so.

In my personal opinion it seems like she works really hard to stay grounded, which is ace 🙂 she’s been so open about stuff in the past – she’s such an inspiration! 🙂

I’d never actually heard of Demi Lovato (I’m so out of touch!) but am adding her to the famous people list on @MH_Voices! This is great stuff she is saying!

She is great! She’s been very open about her own mental illness (bipolar, bulimia, self-harm and addiction). She’s been a VERY big influence to me 🙂 x
